The recent release of v1.04 has unfortunately done nothing to fix this problem. The good news though, is that it only occurs when the game is in fullscreen mode. Windowed, the screen does not flicker.

This is just a shot in the dark, but could you try changing the "anisotropy" and "antialias" values to "1" in the options.ini to see if that does anything?

Unfortunately, no luck. The flickering lines still appear.

Same issue here I'm afraid, though v1.01 did fix the lag quite nicely. Sometimes the flickering black lines cover up as much as half the screen, though they mostly hover around HUD level.
