Overall, this is a non-professional mod (MS-Paint) that could really benefit from some creativity.
I don't mind MS-Paint, but the mod was uncreative, and didn't really change anything, except the
walls and menu from white to blue, and instead of 'SCP' it was 'MIB'. That's about all the changes
in a nutshell.

The main reason I rated this highly for what it is is because it is a non-source code modification, limiting
the amount of changes the author can make.

I understand it's in-dev, but if it really is ~95% then I can't think of any change you could do to
make the mod much better.

You can edit the source files with Notepad, and the B3D files can be exported through FragMotion to 3ds max in the form of FBX files. Just keep in mind that source code mods are not compatible with other source code mods. The mod I've been working on for several months will not be source modded in order to allow box of horrors compatibility at a later stage. What mrpeanut88 said was right, non-source mods are limited in what's possible. The best thing to do is to figure out whether or not a source mod is necessary to accomplish what you're looking for.
