[.7.1] Items dropping through map?

Noclipping around to see if my portable .7 to .7.1 patch worked, and I saw a LOT of items falling through the map.
I would look down a direction, and see a lot of things fall down to the black abyss, swallowed whole.
Various documents, a medkit, and some other things I didn't recognize. I learned that a medkit is supposed to spawn in the generators rooms in the tunnels,
but it had fallen down.
