I noticed a lot of things don't have any upward collision. This can be witnesses in the 513 containment room, which when standing on the pedestal that holds SCP-513 causes your head to glitch through the ceiling. It can also be witnesses in the many tube shaped tunnels, which leaning on the walls can cause your head to glitch through the curved walls.
