I wanna learn how to make mods, anyone know where to find a tutorial or the tools?

edit the .xml files. you can also get source code from github and edit it if you know c#

Alright, I found a post on the wiki talking about this.
But I'll still be checking back ocassionly if anyone wants to leave helpful information.
