I just got back from vacation and I went to run my SCP:CB, the launcher runs but when I run it, it stops responding. Theres no error just the windows thing saying this program isn't responding. I've tried running it in all different settings but the exact same thing happens. I am on windows 10 with a 64 bit operating system. Please help!

I think it is a compatibility error but I am not sure.

Did you see any indication that SCP:CB or Windows 10 itself updated after you got from vacation? It could possibly be a compatibility error due to an existing update. Now, if you tried changing the settings already on Properties to be compatible with next OSes, try redownloading the game and see if that downloaded version has the same error.

Thanks so much! I did mess around with the properties but I found out my windows needed a new update when I shut it off that night.
