I was running apast the Omega room elevator when a MTF spawned directly behind me. He was not in that hallway when I went through it, then directly behind me I heard gunfire and got shot.

Yeah, its a worse jumpscare than SCP-173 in the server rooms.

I had 5 of the bastards surround me on the staircase in the massive gas chamber.

While in theory they should be spawning at the site's entrances, in practice they more often than not spawn directly in the site. At least from what I see.

Once a squad of them spawned right inside one of the metal box things in the metal three way catwalk room. I couldn't pinpoint where the walking was coming from!
