There is a developer named VostokTechnologies and they are making it.

Nope, because it would create problems w/ the license under the http://www.scp-wiki.net/ website

Not if it is a free appI think.

But it would be cool to be able to play on a movile device. The controls wouldn't be much of a problem, it could use the dualstick system. The problem, however, is that the game will have to be remade completely, although the C++ conversion is already being made.

However, I believe we should wait until the game is completed. Right now it is barely an alpha, and it would be more work for Regalis to update the game both for PC and Iphone.

I'm not sure how easy it'd be to do Android as opposed to iOS.

I don't own one but it's a much better device regarding developer support and power. But it's inferior to Android if you want to use expandable memory or USB devices. Example: I can use my Sony Tab S with a DualShock controller to play emulators on it. I get some funny looks playing Wario Land 4 using a PS3 controller.
My point is that I could picture myself playing SCP:CB on my Android tablet due to the controller. I detest touchscreen control and an iPad app would deliver just that.
