I don't know If somebody has already made a thread about this, but when I went down into the maintenance tunnels, the buttons on both lifts down there just...vanished, I couldn't get out legitly, how am I supposed to finish the game if buttons disappear?

This happens sometimes, its a bug.

It can happen in the omega warhead room as well, i imagine it could happen in 049's tunnels too.

The only thing that i know to do is start a new save unfortunately, unless somebody else knows of a way to make them reappear, other then that, the only answer is noclip, it makes beating the game without console commands really difficult.
