So, im playing the game. Its loading, and I see this:
"It will happen 13 Oct 2013"
course, its jumbling. I want to know what this means. Today is Oct 13, 2013...

That's just a scripted event that records the current date of your computer and then prints it on the screen.

Technically the code would be more like
It's just a bit of immersion, and a nice way as a timeframe for the events.
EDIT: forgot to mention, "IT" is talking about the breach. presumably.
