How is the facility set up? is it underground; above ground, or are some parts of it under ground and above ground?

I think it's underground with some bits and pieces above ground, it probably looks like a simple military base from above but is a huge facility underground, seeing as both the gates are acessible through elevators.

Thought so. I just wanted some confirmation from the developers. There seems to be differing thoughts about how the facility actually was built.

So yeah, most of it is underground.
