Stuff i have to say about the game, listen, my children.

Finally completed the game and made it to Gate A without dying too much. It was hard.

Some opinions on the game...

Good stuff:

-The game is hard and challenging. Horror is present everywhere. I screamed, a lot.
-The endings are good, you feel satisfied after finishing the game. But there's some bad stuff about them i need to say later.
-The enemies AI are pretty good so far. 106 doesn't noclip excessively and actually finds the shortest path to me without cheating too much. The time needed for him to surrender is long enough to make the player feel like he's going to appear anywhere, at any minute. The music especially causes this.
-173 is very persistent in his need to kill the player. It makes you feel he's out there to get you, not only everything in his path.
-The things around the facility (and the way it's built) makes the player use their brains to escape. I found multiple times that the desks were the best way to keep 173 at bay, along with closing every door on his face. And 106, you can outmaneuver him in smart ways using stairs and Tesla gates. This is one of the best aspects of the game.
-MTFs are very well done. Especially when you are escaping from something like 106 and you find out the MTFs are in a room where you can escape from him easily, making you take the most complicated path to survive.
-096 is one of the most scary SCPs, having to pass through his room, hearing him crying and moaning is one of the most uncomfortable things i have felt in the game. Especially when the old man is chasing you and the only possible path is going through his room (And risking to accidentally view his face.).
-The intro makes you feel safe and that nothing is going to happen to you, only to be thrown in the middle of hell. The game throws the hardest and most dangerous things in your path.

Bad stuff:

-Even though 173 and 106 are pretty scary with them spawning a lot, sometimes they can get quite excessive, mostly with 173, multiple times i ended up being killed by 173 spawning suddenly out of nowhere behind me, or spawning in nonsensical and strange places where he shouldn't be (914 (he gets stuck there) Giant gas room, behind me when i leave a door open for a short ammount of time, out of reach, making that unnerving stone grinding sound because i'm not looking and he can't get to me.), and can get quite annoying. 106 was fine. I just noticed him spawning in similar places over and over (096's room, and over and over in the Tesla gate hallway.).
-MTFs were rarely encountered, i barely saw them except when i was escaping from 106 and had to pass through the giant gas containment chamber (Fucking scary to have to go down stairs then upstairs when he's chasing you.). I didn't see them anywhere else.
-096 duplicated himself a lot, everytime i reloaded the save or passed again through his room, i heard his sound looping multiple times.
-The game is excessively short. Most of the playthroughs last around 1 to 2 hours. And even shorter if you find Gate A and the level 4 keycard early.
-Going through the facility and remembering where rooms are is impossible. Multiple times i found myself walking in loops, trying to find a specific room, to no avail.

Some suggestions...

-Make the Ultimate S-nav have some kind of room marking. Like a tiny flag so you can remember where certain room is. So you can mark where the doctor's offices are, where 914 is...
-Separate the facility in areas. Like, you start at the bottom, and start going up and up, like, floor 1, floor 2, floor 3... The Gate A elevator is in floor 6 in a hard to reach place. That way the game is longer. And also the facility makes more sense like that. (Class D related stuff in the bottom floor, Office workers in the second, Doctors in the third...And keeps going.)
-Variety. In the biggest containment site in the SCP Foundation, there probably are a LOT of different rooms for different uses. Multiple times i found the same rooms looping.

And putting all bad stuff away, the game was awesome and was a scary and non-forgettable experience. This could turn into a gem of the horror genre, you did a good work, Regalis. Keep going.

And that's my little ammount of opinions and experiences in the game. Discuss stuff you like or don't like if you want. Or if i'm saying something wrongly.

Yup, with the spawning rate of 173 and 106 makes you stay on guard all time, not in some rooms like in 0.3 and 0.6

I agree with all you said.

Bad stuff and solutions:

SCP-106 shouldn't cheat so much.

Yes, sometimes 173 it's quite excessive and sometimes it spawns from nowhere (although I really like now, that spawns a lot). 173 should have a way to scape from keycard rooms; if you close him in 914's chamber (for example) he should stay there unless you open the door again (and he is able to scape from the room, and it's very unreallistic and annoying).

The game is short if you find gate A. We need to find some way to make it more difficult to reach. I like your idea of the floors. This idea may also be a solution for the "maze facility" problem. It's easier to remember and find some room if you know in wich floor is it. Then the S-Nav would only say the floor where you are, without having to mark anything in the map. It's frightening to get lost in the facility, maybe we shouldn't take off this feeling at all.

Yes, the game needs more variety of rooms. I sometimes get bored of "pipes rooms".

God stuff:

Most fucking scary terror game I've ever played (and 087-B too). More than Amnesia and Resident evil 1 togheter. Very good work Regalis. The idea of the game is fucking awesome and orginal. You've got also a lot of fans around the world even though the game isn't finished.
I really love the endings. I hate the games wich doesn't have a good (worked I mean) ending/story.
Regalis, you really have the gift to make horror games.

I agree on almost all of these points. Another thing I'd like to add is the quality of the sound design, the ambience and monster noises keep you on edge and the MTF steps are extremely anxiety-inducing. That, err gun sound though. KSHOWWW.

Spawn rates of 173 annoy me as well, I look at him and back out the room, close the door, he spawns behind me and kills me.

And I don't understand the weird bleeping noise the guards and MTF make, are those radios?
