Issues with deleting fonts.

So I do enjoy playing SCP:CB and I keep my files neatly packed into a 7.zip archive and delete open copies of my games. However, I can't delete the font files for SCP:CB unless I restart my PC. Does anyone know a way to delete the fonts?
