Start-up window not running

Anytime I try to open up SCP containment breach it skips the Start up window and goes straight to the game. however, the games window dimesion are UNPLAYABLE! please help!

Try to redownload the game

You need to go into the options.ini file, and look for the line of text that says "launcher enabled = false". Turn it to true, save and close the file, and the launcher should appear first.
