The one thing that became famous from SCP-087-B was the Cheshire smile you could randomly see from time to time. So why not implement it in SCP: CB? It would act the same, by giving the game a creepy effect. Maybe sometimes you could hear a whispering saying "BEHIND YOU" and when you turn around, you would see the smile slowly fading away in to the fog!

Actually, it can be seen on 895's monitor as a hallucination sometimes.

It's only there as a random hallucination. I don't really see it being added since it was only a small part of an uncanon SCP.

This could actually happen when you are facing away from a screen, works as one of 895's broadcasted hallucinations.
