Feel free to share thoughts/critique or your own animation contribution if want.
I'm currently on SCP106, just did an animation test:

I want him to get the way Omniary described, " 106 should have a sort of old, creeping feel to him, as well as slightly unnatural action ", I will experiment with that. I'm thinking adding a bit of him "shaking" a little bit, like an old man, but gotta see how it looks first.
Will post here as I progress on the list of animations(+some variants like Prune suggested).

Well, looks great, but it should be much more slow and it might be the program or recording but is the animation kinda lagging?

It looks awesome, it doesn't need to be slow BUT it does need some separate timing in some of the actions.

Yes, the main animation he will be slower, no old man can go this fast haha. I did this in 1.5 hour, and I wont finish it, I'll move straight on the main animations as I consider the skinning done now (this was just test). And the " lagging " is called " Stepped animation ", which is used in getting the poses in right order.

I used that for this to test the mesh with this rig (and to play with the result a little bit).
I'll post a new video with a new animation(s) when that's done.
Cheers.

Wow, that's great! You've done the old man justice.

I'm amazed by how "human" 106 moves now. Which is an AMAZING thing. Him merely floating out of the ground without as much as moving a muscle was a bit on the odd side.
Now I'm definitely looking forward to more of your work

You re-ignited my interest in SCP-106, and I thank you for it.
