I believe there should be an ending achievement checking whether you have viewed SCP-096's face or not.

I have noticed a moment where SCP-096 does not open the elevator door at Gate A, simply running at it and clipping part of his body through it. I do believe surviving after viewing SCP-096's face is impossible (he would get you after the ending though) considering a very fine gas mask gives you plenty of time to flee.

The whole point of looking at 096's face is that by doing that you have signed your death sentence.

Any current way to avoid it from killing you is most likely a bug within the game and not a method of it not killing you.

Seriously! If this thing can travel across a massive distance, swim to the depths of an ocean and rip open a submarine to kill someone, I don't think a measly door or elevator will stop it.
