So if you set the resolution to, for example, 1920 x 1080 in the launcher and play the game, the mouse won't go below a certain point on the screen in full screen mode. It stops moving downward just before leaving the game set up box. I play on Windows 10 and the effect varies on different resolutions.

Wait, are you using "Fake fullscreen" or the original Fullscreen?

Normal fullscreen on the main menu. It only happens while setup menus are open. (Any sub-menu that pops up)

Well, the normal fullscreen mode in Blitz3D has some general issues with Windows 8 and higher (it should had been fixed in the newest Blitz3D version however, or it might only being fixed for Windows 8 ). Try to use the "fake fullscreen" and see if that is better.

I've already used fake fullscreen and have no issues with the mouse movement. My only complaint is that when I use fake fullscreen, the resolution suffers.
