I am currently playing on V1.3.8 and the event where 106 grabs a janitor in a random endroom does not seem to ever happen in any of the endrooms.
To double check that I wasn't just having bad luck, I made a custom map with an endroom that has a 100% chance for the event to occur and nothing happened still.
