[0.9.1] Electrical center doesnt generate

The problem is that the electrical room doesnt spawn. I tried to get to it by using teleport room2ccont, but it didnt work. Its quite a big problem since you need it to win the game through both endings.

This happened to me in my latest save. Gate A was broken for some reason(The elevator didn't work), so I decided I'd escape Gate B. I searched EVERY part of the map, but there was no electric center! Something is going on with the generating system. My 2nd last save had THREE Light Containment to Heavy Containment checkpoints. 1st one led straight to just SCP-079's chamber, 2nd one led to a void, and 3rd one led the correct way. In my latest save, there were 2 of them, but it made more sense, since they connected in a circle.
