In a normal game, SCP-173 killed me, so I pressed the "Quit" button and started a new game, when the game finished its load it closed and showed me this:

It seems that the game failed to load the gate a mesh, maybe because it's corrupted. I read somewhere that some others also have this bug, but it didn't happen to me yet.
