So it was normal until i found this when i was going to go to the Heavy Containment Zone: Here's two more of these: Then i realized that i was unable to advance further since there was no doors but a keypad one: Then of course i had noclip on so i noclipped through the keypad door to find this: Here's the save file:

That's a well-known problem, rooms clipping into each other. I'm pretty sure Regalis has already fixed it, since the 1.0 update is supposed to be 99,9% bug free.

This happend to me once, I hope it gets patched! however this happens to me in, not just the entrance zone, but in the corner hallway, normal hallway, pipe hallway (Where this guy trollz --> ) The 106 containment room does desperately need to be fixed as it keeps clipping into other rooms. Its been doing this since 0.8.3 D:
