Not a bug but...

I noticed how it is all bump mapping and all, but the effect in-game seems to more correctly resemble parallax mapping. Is it parallax mapping or an 'error' (kinda like a typo) with the text?

The FastExt bump mapping affects the texture UV coords, not the lighting normals. This is why SCP-173 looks weird in-game.
It's not parallax mapping, that would look much better than what we already have.

Alrighty. But to ask, how come the bump mapping makes the game MAV for heaps of people (including me, most of the time)?
