hi i'm trying to run SCP and play it, but whenever I try it says

Error! The following DLL's were not found in the game directory:

FastExt.dll
FastText.dll
winfix.dll

i have like hardly any game files, but i downloaded the patch aswell and it gave me some more files. it's v1.2.3

Did you try downloading it again?

The game most likely corrupted during download. Re-download it.

Is the download stopping half-way through? Because I can confirm, those three DLL files are included with the package.

This is what your main folder should look like (after patching it with v1.2.3):
I'm using Windows 10 so the folder design looks different, but all those files should be there.

EDIT: Your download corrupted. Definitely. Re-download the game using a different browser/link on the main page here:

You're downloading the 1.2.3 patch, not the full version. Click the link below the words "SCP - Containment Breach v1.2.3 (185 MB)" on the homepage.

Got the full version, nothing in the folder.

Uhm...is it possible you have some sort of anti-virus software that's deleting them?
