Cant play SCP V1.3

I recently got V1.3 of SCP Containment Breach and every time i launch the game, i get a memory access violation. There is a readme.txt in the folder that tells me tactics on how to prevent it, but none if these tactics work. Can someone please help me?

https://www.dropbox.com/s/srh8bpvbtewov ... D.zip?dl=1 Try this patch. Extract those into the game folder, and use the exe that comes with the patch rather than the default.

Just did the patch and it still doesnt work.

I keep getting a massage about my pc being unable to render 3d graphics in a window. I'm on win7 with an nvidia gtx 750 ti so I dont know why I cant run it. Sorry if this question has been asked before but I tried to search the forum and didnt get any results.
