[v1.3.1] MTFs cannot climb stairs

As seen in the picture below, the MTFs are unable to climb stairs when wandering.
However, after letting myself spotted upstairs, they were able to climb (and shoot me) just fine.
Note: During their failed climb attempt, one of them noclipped in the area under the stairs (and got stuck there). I thought I would post that too.
