The boxes on the shelf use a door texture created for a door that was never used in a released version of the game, oddly enough the door texture is still there (SCP-Containment Beach\SCP - Containment Breach v1.3.2\GFX\map\door.jpg), but it's not applied to those boxes in the most recent version. Weird cause the boxes that appear on the top of the shelf in SCP-914's chamber are still textured.

So yeah, it's a bug, but it's not just happening to you.
