I got the game working from enabling DirectPlay, and now it wants to update from 1.3.7 TO 1.3.7. I say sure because it might be missing some files, and it downloads 1.3.6 update... This appears every time I start it, Do I just ignore it?

This is already a known bug (it's a bug with the uploaded files on the auto-updater server).
I'm not sure if it is fixed now or if it still needs to be fixed (because Regalis does this), but just download 1.3.7 and disable auto-updater for now (this is currently the only way to fix this issue).
