I saved in a three way room where SCP-106 had rotted the floor away into a Pocket Dimension entrance. I ran through it. Upon pausing and trying to reload from inside the Pocket Dimension, an MAV popped up.

Is 096 spawned? (yes, 096). If you answer is yes then we know about this problem and it is fixed for 1.3.8
