No Gate A spawn and Gate B causes crash

No matter what I do I can not find a Gate A in my save at all. When I tried to do gate B I talked to SCP-079 and came back to the entrance zone to turn on the remote door control system back on and after I turn it on and SCP-079 tells me that gate B is open when I open my inventory I get a Memory access violation. My map seed is "Slow" with a capital S. I dont think I can complete the game.
