Barotrauma v0.7.0.0. Bug

I went to go download the new version of Barotrauma, When I got it installed and started it, my antivirus denied it. I got a message from my computer saying "You do not have permission to access this file." If anyone knows a way to fix this, please tell me. I use windows 7.

I dont know if this is an actual 'bug', but could someone tell me if theres a way to fix it?
