Going up stairs doesn't work so well like before?

Basically, going up stairs doesn't work that well anymore, no clue why.

All stairs
the only one I've seen ingame by myself was the stairs at Gate A.
I've also seen others having the issue with other stairs. As example 079 cell stairs too
but basically all of the stairs.
