I'm sure most, if not all of you, remember that it is around 1 year ago that the website Megaupload was closed.
For those of you who doesn't know yet, a few days ago Kim Dotcom launched his new online storage service website Mega, as a cloud service website.
This thread will be to talk about the many different cloud services that are in use at the moment, and talk about what your opinions on the different services are.
Services like:
-Dropbox
-SkyDrive
-Google Drive
-Mediafire
and others.
Feel free to discuss.
I don't use any cloud services yet myself, which one would you guys recommend if I should use one.

Using dropbox atm, I like it.
We should find out which gives the most space.

I read that you get 50 GB free space when you sign up on Mega, that's a pretty nice amount of space to be honest.

Does it come with software ?
Nothing sucks more than using browser upload dialogues.
Also link me if you can.

It's in no way like Megaupload *takes pirate hat*.
On uploading, storing and downloading the files will be encrypted, and can only be decrypted with a decryption key that belongs to the Mega account that the files come from.
You can't download from others shared folders if you don't have their decryption key.
It doesn't use downloadable software DjSaturn, it all happens on your browser.

I just saw it, looks like it uses HTML5, which looks pretty good.
Hopefully they don't get caught up with legal garbage again.
