Im in the progress in making sound mod: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1530
I wanted to edit some stuff but, im not sure how to prevent the data folder to be made
I am reading its wiki, but not sure what to do or if it will even work
once i wanted to use the scpmix (which i edited) replaced the old radio song, but no sound from ch3. was playing
How do i get it to work?

Save it in .ogg and stick it in the folder?

Should I use a different program?

Just get whatever file you're trying to get into the game open in audacity, go to export, go to the folder of the file you want to replace, change your format to ogg in the drop-down selection, and save your file as the same name as the one you want to replace it with. It'll tell you there already is a file of that name, and it'll ask you if you want to replace it; click yes.
