A mysterious figure that appears when taking a specific drug, and he causes you to have a feeling of dread when hes there?

Sounds like a possible SCP if you ask me.

Steelpoints shown me a few notes on this, me and a few others have attempted to contain this drug but with no success, the drug appears to travel and multiply, if we could find the original container for the drug we might be able to contain this SCP.
