I kind of like this idea, but I don't really know.

If he were to put it on Wii U for some reason he could just stick it on the homebrew channel, no legal stuff there.

Don't think the one hes working on would be able to be ported to Wii U anyway, maybe the c++ version could.

Nintendo wouldn't allow a game like this produced under its name, not that i don't like it, its just not a very happy, and pleasant game like the rest
Xbox 360, maybe one day, but not Wii U
