Yep, as you may have noticed I actually returned after several months of timeout. I'm not going to explain the whole disaster in-depth however I thought I might as well
tell you what my life consisted of.
As I told some of you, I had to spend lots and lots of time at the hospital due to 2 mostly non-working kidneys. Dialysis was a daily grind for quite a while.
However, at some point my body decided that both kidneys are just no good anymore. So I ended up being stuck at those machines almost permanently.
I desperately needed a new kidney, but the waiting list is long as you can imagine. However, my own boyfriend came to my rescue when my conditioned further
deteriorated. To make a long story short... I now got a new kidney and finally the ability to live a relatively normal everyday life

Thanks to that I can finally traumatize you with some fresh SCP/Slender Porn among other pleasant things.


Also....as the title suggests I really felt the need to address those absolutely horrid things spamming the forums.
Is there any way of making the sign-up process more difficult for them? Like those hard to read images with letters, numbers or simple questions.

If that's not possible either, how about giving 1-2 members the ability to ban/delete posts and/or bots? I realize that it's not possible for Steel and such to be around all the time,
hence me thinking that you really need a solution. I kept an eye on it for a while now and it's getting worse.

I dont think we have met. I'm glad youre okay now though, it seems you've been through a lot lately.

With the Bots, yeah, we are basically at war with them at the moment. There has been talks about a required question for signing up, i'm not sure whats happening about it at the moment. I dont think we need any more people with Admin powers though, Glitch, Sparks and Irontaco seem to be around fairly often.

Nope, I don't think we've met either Many people I see at the moment signed up just around the time I got permanently stuck at the hospital.

As for the bots, yeah I've noticed the War as of late. And I can imagine the Mods being really annoyed by it now. I really hope that the Sign-Up procedure will be changed,
because as time goes by those things get just ridiculous.

That's quite a story! I'm glad that it could all work out, and that you're feeling better . But, uh yeah the bots are getting pretty bad.

Yeah, you beat me to the Spanish(?) one hehe.

Steelpoint had to disable new users from creating new topics because of this, before hand there was just spam everywhere.

The whole spambot situation is significantly a lot better now then prior, now we only get the occasional spam post in a thread and not the several dozen spam threads.

Yeah, the bots aren't too much of a trouble now. The mods are usually around so any bot posts will be erased.

You can't imagine how happy I am to finally have an everyday life without fearing another kidney failure or potentially end up at the ICU again.
But as I said, I'll gladly get back to spreading my glorious insanity across the forums
