Then how is the Blitz3D Demo still available? Or did he get the said demo before it was made open source and free?

Blitz was too lazy to take it down. You get the full version by making an account and using the FREEBLITZ3D key.

To add a new command for spawning an NPC, look for "spawn" in Main.bb. You should notice a bunch of cases, add one for 860-2.
