This is what happened today. This is what the description reads (because I'm too lazy to explain it for a second time lol)
I was loading a savegame that I hadn't loaded for a while, and apparently it wasn't fully functioning any more. I no-clipped, and found the Pocket Dimension. Once I entered, the lights went off as if I entered the electrical room (The one where 079 turns off the lightning). After that I was able to rotate the hallways in the Pocket Dimension as seen in this video.
