It's important because I tried it out myself and nothing happened for me (not even a bit of lag or such).
Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i3-4030U CPU @ 1.90GHz 1.90 Ghz

Installed memory (RAM): 8,00 GB

Hmm, I never heard if that graphics card before (only from NVidia and AMD).
Anyway with that aside, here is another question: When was the last version where the S-Nav worked for you?
Well I started playing the game when 1.2.4 came out I think and since then it never worked :|

and if you are wondering how much fps I'm running the game at its about 40-45

Well, the S-Nav needs more calculation and if-checks to see what exact lines have to be rendered and where.
BTW: Does this happen with all S-Nav versions or only with some of them?
