So i have downloaded the SCP - CONTAINMENT BREACH V1.3.7 PATCH and when i try opening the game this pops up: Can someone help me please or tell me what i'm doing wrong?

A patch is a minor update that doesn't include all of the necessary files to run a game, only the updated ones. Try downloading the full version. Also, please post similar issues in the SCP bug reports section and not any other one such as this Barotrauma one. Barotrauma is a different game and you are more likely to receive attention faster if you post topics in their dedicated sections. Thanks.
