If he were to put it on Wii U for some reason he could just stick it on the homebrew channel, no legal stuff there.

I thought cross-platform games had...stuff to do with them... I don't know.

Don't think the one hes working on would be able to be ported to Wii U anyway, maybe the c++ version could.
