Name the Worst and Best covers for songs

Alright so this thread is going to be about your thoughts on a cover song (original songs being sung by a person other than the original author) who have remade a song and either naming one of the worst or one of the best (Can also be both) of the songs:

Okay so the start of this cover was okay, but this has to be the worst cover I have heard of that song:
